About Vladimir Znamensky,

Dr. Znamensky is an interventional cardiologist. His clinical interests include coronary artery disease; chronic coronary total occlusion; heart failure; pulmonary hypertension; valvular disease, including aortic valve, mitral valve, and tricuspid valve disease; peripheral vascular disease; and device therapy. Dr. Znamensky received his MD from Ross University School of Medicine, in Dominica, West Indies. He completed an internal medicine residency, a cardiovascular disease fellowship, and an interventional cardiology fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, where he also served as chief resident and chief cardiology fellow. In addition to English, Dr. Znamensky is fluent in Russian and speaks Hebrew and Spanish.
